Refund policy

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for refunds. We only accept exchanges. We are able to do even exchanges only.

EXCHANGES

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange.

To initiate the exchange process please contact us at sahaiswim@gmail.com for further instructions.

Exchanged items must be in the same conditions as you received them: unworn, unused, hangtag intact, and in its original packaging.

Evenly exchanged items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of arriving at our facility.

NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept exchanges for the following items:

- Bikini Bottoms (for hygienic purposes)

- One-Piece Swimsuits (for hygienic purposes)

- Accessories including (but not limited to) jewelry and body chains

- Cover Ups

We do not exchange FINAL SALE items, clearance items (marked over 35% off), or purchases made with gift cards for inventory purposes.

PRODUCT CONDITION

We have the right to reject returned items that do not meet the following guidelines:

  • Return item(s) must be unworn and in its original condition
  • Cannot be washed, or put through a dryer
  • Cannot have an abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc.)
  • Cannot have snagging/pilling
  • No deodorant marks
  • No makeup stains
  • Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup, self-tanner, etc.)     
  • Cannot have human or animal hair
  • Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
  • Clothing must be returned in original packaging / product bags
  • Item cannot be dirty or soiled
  • All items must have hangtags intact

If the returned items do not meet the criteria above your return will be refused.

Please note that any returned fraudulent items (items/products that are not from Sahai Swim) will be discarded. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Sahai Swim takes pride in ensuring you receive quality products. We inspect every item before it reaches your doorstep for quality assurance. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect your items upon receiving them to ensure that there are no defects from the manufacturing of the items. 

Examples of manufacturing defects:

- Holes in fabric

- Shade variations

- Severely loose threads

- Open or poorly stitched seams

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at sahaiswim@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make things right with no additional cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

All additional fees for international exchanges (e.i. shipping fees, customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
